In place of the traditional committee-based organization of the local church, Hollywood UMC operates with a ministry-focused structure organized around five Ministry Action Teams. The responsibilities of the teams incorporate all the old committee functions, but allow for both more flexibility, and better coordination of our efforts, allowing our focus to be less on meetings and more on ministry.
